This policy explains how Soudi Automation handles information when a business uses our messaging assistant to respond to enquiries on Instagram.
When you send a direct message to a business account that uses our assistant, we receive the content of that message, your Instagram-scoped user ID, and the timestamp. We do not receive your password, email address, follower list, or any part of your Instagram account beyond the conversation you started.
Solely to generate a reply to your message and, where you ask to be contacted, to pass your enquiry to the business you messaged. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
The business whose Instagram account you messaged. We also use third-party language model providers to generate replies; message content is sent to them for that purpose only. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Conversation data is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and is deleted within 90 days unless the business you contacted retains it in their own records under their own policy.
You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing the address below with the Instagram handle you messaged from. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. You can also revoke this app's access from your Instagram settings, under Apps and websites.
Replies from this assistant are generated automatically. You can ask at any point to be put through to a person.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Webhook requests are cryptographically verified before being processed.
